Key Responsibilities and Duties Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Manage fingerprint setup for new staff attendance registration. Coordinate with the design and purchasing teams for staff ID badge creation. Act as the focal point for health insurance enrollment for Myanmar staff upon joining the organization. Support Myanmar staff offboarding, liaise final settlement and maintaining accurate records in the SCR. International Staff Administration Support and liaise with agencies for international staff housing arrangements. Insurance & Benefits Administration Coordinate with the insurance company to update staff lists (additions and removals) in line with staffing changes. Handle AIA withdrawals for staff at the end of each month. Prepare Myanmar staff insurance contracts and process related payments. Attendance & Reporting Monitor daily staff attendance and escalate system-related issues for same-day resolution where possible. Prepare bi-weekly attendance reports on lateness and absences, highlighting high Bradford Factor scores with recommended action plans for management reporting. Employee Engagement & HR Activities Organize and conduct monthly staff birthday celebrations. Support staff engagement activities. General HR Support Assist the Head of Department (HOD) with ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required.

The role requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders to provide exceptional experiences for pupils, staff, parents, and community partners. Key Responsibilities: Plan, coordinate, and deliver school-wide events, productions, ceremonies, and community activities. Communicate fluently in English and Myanmar with staff, suppliers, partners, and families. Manage full event checklists. Venue booking and layout coordination Supplier sourcing and management Guest lists and audience logistics Event design, branding, stage backdrops, and photobooth arrangements Ushering plans, door rota management, and backstage coordination Liaise effectively with external organisations and community partners. Ensure the smooth running of events, including technical support, seating, and hospitality arrangements. Oversee event purchasing, and relevant documentation. Prepare post-event reports and suggestions for improvement. Support the marketing/communications team with event photography, scripts, programmes, and promotional materials. Occasional evening and weekend work required; compensated with extended school holiday periods.
