Position Overview The Parent Relationship Manager plays a central role in strengthening relationships between the school and its parent community. The role is responsible for delivering a high standard of parent engagement, communication, administration, and operational support across the parent journey — from enquiry and enrolment through to ongoing school experience. The Parent Relationship Manager works collaboratively with the Head of Parent Relations, Front of House reception, attendance teams, and wider school departments to ensure families receive responsive, professional, and solutions-focused support while maintaining warm and trusted relationships with parents. Key Responsibilities Parent Relations & Community Engagement Build and maintain warm, professional, and supportive relationships with current and prospective parents. Serve as a key contact point for parent enquiries, concerns, and day-to-day support. Support parent onboarding and transition processes for new families. Foster a welcoming, inclusive, and service-oriented environment for families. Coordinate parent-facing communications and ensure timely follow-up on requests. Support parent engagement initiatives, events, information sessions, and community activities. Maintain accurate parent records and communication logs. Administration & Documentation Produce attendance confirmation letters, school reports, supporting documents, and other official school correspondence as required. Prepare and manage general administrative documentation for parents and students. Ensure records and documentation are accurate, timely, and confidential. Support filing, database management, and document tracking systems. Assist with daily administrative operations within the department. Admissions & Communications Support Work collaboratively with the admissions team to support prospective family engagement and retention. Assist with parent communication campaigns, notices, reminders, and updates. Ensure consistency in messaging and parent experience across departments. Support implementation of communication protocols and parent service standards. Contribute to continuous improvement of parent experience processes. Collaboration with Reception & Attendance Teams Work closely with Front of House reception to ensure smooth handling of daily parent interactions. Coordinate with attendance teams regarding student absence notifications, attendance records, parent follow-up, and related communications. Support efficient information flow between operational and academic teams. Assist in managing sensitive or urgent parent matters professionally and confidentially. School Bus Coordination Coordinate the school’s transport services, including Door-to-door bus services and Sibling bus arrangements. Liaise with transport providers, parents, and school staff regarding routes, schedules, and transport issues. Manage bus registrations, route changes, waiting lists, and transport communications. Maintain accurate transport records and ensure timely updates to families. Support safe, efficient, and well-organised transport operations. Respond promptly to transport-related enquiries and operational issues. Monitor service quality and escalate concerns where necessary.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Manage fingerprint setup for new staff attendance registration. Coordinate with the design and purchasing teams for staff ID badge creation. Act as the focal point for health insurance enrollment for Myanmar staff upon joining the organization. Support Myanmar staff offboarding, liaise final settlement and maintaining accurate records in the SCR. International Staff Administration Support and liaise with agencies for international staff housing arrangements. Insurance & Benefits Administration Coordinate with the insurance company to update staff lists (additions and removals) in line with staffing changes. Handle AIA withdrawals for staff at the end of each month. Prepare Myanmar staff insurance contracts and process related payments. Attendance & Reporting Monitor daily staff attendance and escalate system-related issues for same-day resolution where possible. Prepare bi-weekly attendance reports on lateness and absences, highlighting high Bradford Factor scores with recommended action plans for management reporting. Employee Engagement & HR Activities Organize and conduct monthly staff birthday celebrations. Support staff engagement activities. General HR Support Assist the Head of Department (HOD) with ad hoc HR tasks and projects as required.

Classroom and Learning Environment ● Prepare, organise, and maintain musical instruments, equipment, and learning materials. ● Supportthe organisation of music spaces and contribute to a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment. ● Support behaviour managementin line with the school’s policies and expectations. ● Supervise pupils during lessons,transitions, and where required, during break or lunchtime. Assessment and Feedback ● Monitor and assess pupil progress in music. ● Provide clearfeedback to pupils and share relevantinformation with class teachers. ● Contribute to whole-class assessmentthrough observation and recording. ● Supportthe implementation ofindividual support plans or intervention programmes where appropriate.
Key Responsibilities and Duties Photography and Videography Capture high-resolution photographs and video footage of students, staff, events, and campus life to support marketing and communications. Ensure that all visual content reflects the school’s ethos, branding, and diversity. Film and edit promotional videos, including event highlights, interviews, student stories, and campus tours. Use professional editing software to retouch, colour correct, and optimise media for different platforms and formats. Develop storyboards and scripts in collaboration with the Marketing Team when necessary. Ensure all media assets are stored, organised, and archived in a centralised, accessible digital library. Creative Direction and Planning Contribute ideas for new visual content to support marketing campaigns, admissions drives, social media, and publications. Liaise with the Marketing Team and other departments to understand briefs, schedules, and priorities. Keep up to date with trends in photography, video production, and content delivery in the education sector. Manage photography booking schedule effectively. Equipment and Technical Responsibilities Maintain and manage photography and videography equipment, ensuring all gear is in working order. Set up lighting, microphones, and other equipment as needed for photo and video shoots. Ensure media equipment is safely stored and used according to health and safety guidelines. Safeguarding and Permissions Ensure appropriate permissions and safeguarding procedures are followed when photographing or filming students and staff. Work with the Admissions and Admin Teams to ensure photo/video consent records are up to date. Other Duties Attend key school events (during and outside school hours) as directed by the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications. Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure positive relationships and smooth coordination of shoots. Support the general aims and strategic goals of the school. Undertake any other duties reasonably requested by the Director of Marketing, Admissions and Communications or the School Principal.
Talent Acquisition Support end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening coordination, interview scheduling, and onboarding administration.
