Marketing & Brand Activation Trade Marketing & In-Store Promotions: Plan and execute trade promotions, display visibility (POSM, shelf-space placement in modern trade), and localized sampling campaigns at wet markets and supermarkets. HORECA Activation: Execute targeted bulk-pack sampling programs for commercial kitchens, restaurants, and food manufacturers to secure bulk culinary spice contracts. Consumer Campaign Management: Collaborate with digital marketing and agency partners to create regional consumer activations, cooking show sponsorships, and festive campaigns (e.g., Thingyan, Thadingyut season demand spikes). 3. Team Leadership & Field Management Sales Team Management: Lead, mentor, and evaluate Area Sales Officers (ASOs) and field sales executives across Lower Myanmar. Route-to-Market (RTM) Optimization: Establish clear coverage routes, beat plans, and daily sales call schedules for the field team to ensure optimal outlet visit rates. 4. Forecasting, Market Intelligence & Reporting Demand Forecasting: Partner with the Factory Manager and Supply Chain team to provide accurate monthly/quarterly sales forecasts for dry powders vs. wet paste product lines to optimize production scheduling. Competitor Intelligence: Continuously monitor competitor pricing, trade schemes, packaging changes, and market entry of local or imported spice and paste brands. Budget & Performance Reporting: Manage the regional sales and promotional budget and deliver regular performance reports to senior executive management.

Operations & Production Management Production Oversight: Plan, direct, and execute daily manufacturing operations for chili powder (dry processing/milling) and chili paste (wet processing/cooking/packaging) lines to meet volume and delivery targets. Process Optimization: Optimize yield and output while minimizing raw material wastage, rework, and operational downtime. Maintenance & Facilities: Oversee preventative and corrective maintenance schedules for milling, grinding, mixing, pasteurization, and packaging machinery. 2. Food Safety, Quality Control & Compliance Quality Assurance: Partner with QC/QA to maintain strict quality, moisture, color, particle size, and viscosity standards for all raw chilies and finished products. Hygiene & Safety: Enforce strict food safety standards (e.g., HACCP, GMP, ISO) and ensure compliance with workplace health and environmental regulations, with specific attention to dust control and allergen/airborne capsaicin management. 3. Supply Chain & Cost Management Material Management: Coordinate with Procurement and Warehouse teams to ensure a consistent pipeline of raw materials (dry/fresh chilies, oils, spices, packaging materials) and minimize stockouts or inventory degradation. Budget & Cost Control: Manage plant operational budgets, monitor utility and labor costs, and implement process improvements to boost efficiency. 4. Leadership & Workforce Management Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and mentor department heads, supervisors, and factory floor staff to foster a high-performance and safety-first culture. Resource Allocation: Manage shift scheduling, manpower allocation, and labor relations to ensure smooth multi-line operations. Reporting: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational performance reports for senior executive management.
