Oversee capital allocation, treasury, and ensure robust financial controls and reporting. Spearhead the optimization of our Odoo ERP system. Drive the transition from manual processes to an integrated platform, ensuring data integrity, automated reporting, and real-time executive dashboards. Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance team, fostering a culture of strategic partnership, accuracy, and continuous improvement.
