Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar products and solar projects (C&I and Residential sectors). Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates to clients. Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and accurate system design. Manage customer relationships from initial inquiry through project contract signing and handover. Achieve sales tagets and provide regular sales progress reports.
Generate leads and develop new business with commercial/industrial/residential clients. Conduct site surveys, analyze customer energy needs, and propose solar system solutions. Prepare quotations, technical proposals, and presentations to customers. Coordinate with engineering team for system design and BOQ preparation. Follow up on sales pipeline, negotiate, and close deals. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
Install solar PV modules, routing inverters, and balance-of-system components. Perform DC and AC casting, termination, grooving, and protection works as per drawings. Assist in testing, commissioning, and handover of solar PV systems. Conduct routine inspection, troubleshooting, and maintenance of installed systems. Follow approved drawings, method statements, and safety procedures at the site. Support the site engineer in daily installation activities and progress reporting. Identify and report installation issues and defects or safety risks promptly. Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in good and safe condition.
