Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Sales and Service Manager to lead showroom sales and workshop operations in Yangon. This role combines sales leadership, service excellence, and team management to drive revenue, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities ● Develop and execute showroom sales targets, monthly plans, and annual sales strategies. ● Lead, coach, and monitor the Sales Team to achieve KPIs, conversion goals, and growth targets. ● Follow up on customer inquiries and support promotions, campaigns, and marketing activities. ● Manage vehicle inventory, sales forecasts, and reporting for weekly and monthly performance. ● Oversee daily Workshop and Service Center operations to ensure smooth service delivery. ● Maintain service quality, control turnaround times, and improve customer satisfaction. ● Supervise Service Advisors and Technicians, including performance review and support. ● Resolve warranty claims, customer complaints, and service issues in a timely manner. ● Coordinate with related departments to ensure spare parts and service requirements are met. ● Manage recruitment, training, coaching, budgets, SOP compliance, and team administration.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar products and solar projects (C&I and Residential sectors). Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and cost estimates to clients. Work closely with engineering and project teams to ensure technical feasibility and accurate system design. Manage customer relationships from initial inquiry through project contract signing and handover. Achieve sales tagets and provide regular sales progress reports.
