- Design, deploy, and maintain secure, scalable, and highly available private cloud infrastructure. - Deploy, configure, and manage virtualization platforms and software-defined storage solutions. - Monitor and manage cloud-based systems and services to ensure optimal performance, availability, and security. - Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational processes using appropriate automation tools. - Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and stakeholders on cloud technologies and best practices. - Collaborate with network and software teams to support infrastructure deployment and ongoing operations. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to cloud infrastructure, virtualization, networking, and system performance. - Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, reliability, and scalability. - Participate in change management processes, including CAB (Change Advisory Board) reviews. - Prepare, maintain, and update system documentation, architecture diagrams, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
