Responsible for assisting customers and technicians in identifying, locating, and purchasing the correct automotive parts and accessories. • This role ensures smooth parts operations through accurate inventory handling, excellent customer service, and efficient coordination between the parts department and the workshop. • Provide accurate information on parts availability, pricing, and compatibility. • Promote and upsell related accessories and parts to increase sales. • Support the service team by preparing and issuing required parts for repair jobs. • Ensure timely delivery of parts to technicians to minimize service delays. • Maintain good communication between parts and service departments. • Update and maintain parts database or catalog system (e.g., DMS or ERP). • Prepare parts quotations, purchase requests, and delivery notes. • Achieve monthly and annual sales targets for the parts department. • Analyze purchase data and prepare performance reports for management
To support HR strategy in implementing various HR initiatives and keeping all stakeholders informed. • To support and establish the whole HR team to standardize processes. • To support in implementation of PIP (Performance Improvement Plan) for employees. • Undertake meetings with Department Heads, managers, Block supervisors and arrange for developmental interventions to help build capabilities. • To support and advise the supervisors and assistant on dealing with all Employee Relations matters. • Ensure that all positions within the Region have a well-defined Job Descriptions and is relevant. Administrative Responsibilities: 1.Office Administration • Supervise general administrative operations including office maintenance, supplies, and facilities management. • Manage contracts for vendors, service providers, and office rentals. 2. Documentation & Reporting • Maintain HR and administrative documentation, reports, and records. • Prepare periodic HR & Admin reports for management review. 3.Support to Management • Provide HR and administrative advice to management. • Assist in strategic planning and organizational development initiatives.
Greet customers when they arrive at the parts and service center and direct them to an available mechanic. • Consult with mechanics about necessary repairs and possible alternatives to expensive work. • Provide customers with in-depth information about available aftermarket and OEM (original equipment manufacturer) part options • Answer questions about service outcome (after consulting with mechanic if necessary) • Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings • Help customers decide between trading in a car and fixing it through our shop • Manage and oversee the service center’s workflow and scheduling • Call customers to inform them of changes in service or to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up Write down Work Order Receive phone call and submit an appointment Dealing with OM and AOM about repair job Update Work Order summary Follow up overdue on engine oil and transmission oil) Follow up call on repairing after 1 week’s period Update new customer lists on database Follow up credit customer Complain Handling Shifting the car to working bay (appointed by AOM and Senior Mechanics) Inquire parts and prepare quotation to customer Collect deposit and submit on order Keep update to customers when repairing car in workshop Prepare car return form after finishing on repair
