If you have strong leadership skills and a background in the F&B industry, we want to hear from you. Key Responsibilities Operational Management: Manage and streamline daily operations across three shop locations to ensure efficiency and excellence. Team Leadership: Supervise, train, and manage staff members to maintain high service standards and positive team morale. Time Management: Ensure all tasks are completed on schedule and manage shift rotations effectively. Reporting & Follow-up: Provide regular progress reports to management and ensure all operational issues are followed up on and resolved promptly.
