Manage QS and cost-related activities Tendering, estimation and quotation preparation Cost control and project budget management Manage project and site operations for Civil / Renovation / Fit-out works Coordinate with Design, MEP, Site and Procurement teams Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers and subcontractors Review work progress, work sequence and project requirements Manage and support the QS / Project team Monitor project schedule, cost and overall work progress Handle commercial and contractual matters when required Provide guidance and decision-making support to the team
