Job Summary Join Pinnacle House Co., Ltd. is seeking an experienced Procurement Officer to support sourcing and purchasing activities in Yangon. The role focuses on procurement of engineering parts and services, with a strong emphasis on supplier coordination, cost control, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities ● Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for engineering parts, spare parts, and services. ● Manage purchase requests, quotations, comparisons, and purchase orders accurately and on time. ● Coordinate with internal teams to ensure required materials and services are delivered to specification. ● Monitor supplier performance, pricing, lead times, and service quality to support operational needs. ● Support procurement for generator spare parts, maintenance services, and technical requirements. ● Maintain proper procurement records, contracts, and documentation in line with company policies.
Assist with employee onboarding, maintain attendance records, process leave, and help with payroll-related data. Act as a liaison with immigration department for foreigners’ visa, Form C & FRC related matters. Coordinate services with office-related vendors and service providers, food and beverage vendors. Manage facilities and general office needs for the office. Maintain and update company databases and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required. Assist in organizing company events and meetings, including venue booking, catering arrangements, and logistics. Assist in organizing company vehicle schedule as per shift operations and communicate with employees via pre designated channels.
