Prestige Myanmar Construction Co. Ltd. is looking for a talented and experienced Architect to join our team. Develop and prepare architectural designs based on project requirements. Prepare and review architectural drawings and design documents. Coordinate with relevant teams and parties to support project progress. Monitor design and project activities to ensure they follow the required standards and timelines. Provide support during project implementation, including site visits when required.
Plan, execute, and monitor projects from initiation to completion. Manage project timelines, schedules, and deliverables effectively. Monitor and control project budgets, costs, and resources. Coordinate with project teams and relevant departments to ensure smooth project execution. Communicate and coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders. Monitor project progress and provide regular reports and updates to management. Identify potential project risks and implement appropriate solutions to address them. Ensure projects are carried out in accordance with quality, safety, and required standards. Lead and manage relevant teams to ensure successful project completion.
