Responsibilities Include: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing and conducting orientation for new hires. Oversee the preparation of monthly payroll, including OT calculations, bonuses and statutory deductions (SSB/PIT). Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and foster a positive workplace culture. Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and tracking KPIs. Ensure all HR policies and Employment Contracts (EC) are updated and strictly adhere to Myanmar Labor Laws. Identify training needs and organize internal or external workshops to upskill staff. Coordinate with government departments for labor registration, visas, business licenses and other legal permits. Supervise office maintenance, cleanliness, security, and utility management. Overview employee competencies and give feedback. Update HR policy and Handbook. Must be able to effectively manage day to day admin functions.
Must be proficient in the Thai Language – all 4 skills (Speaking, Listening, Writing, and Reading). Must be able to translate Thai to Myanmar and Myanmar to Thai accurately. Must be able to prepare reports, vouchers, and other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Must be able to complete reports within the assigned timeline.. Must be able to collaborate and work effectively as a team member.
Help for Seniors Graphic Designers' assign. POSM & short-term identity design. Prepare and export design files for both web and print,ensuring all specifications are met for resolution, color mode & file format. Collaborate with the design team to develop creative concepts and execute on brand guidelines. Maintain and organize a library of design assets and project files
Arrange and coordinate all necessary processes for new employee recruitment, including calling candidates for interviews, posting job advertisements, receiving CV forms, and preparing required documents for interviews. Prepare and maintain daily Attendance records for employees and Promoters, and compile KYT, OT, and Monthly Reports systematically to submit to the Head Office. Assist in arranging Internal and External Trainings as well as Meetings required for employees. Visit government offices monthly to handle employee Social Security processes, Employment Contract (EC) signing, and contract renewal procedures. Implement and enforce company rules and regulations as instructed. Enter and maintain employee personal information in the HR Software system in an organized and accurate manner.
Install, Maintain, Monitor servers and networks equipment such as Routers, Access Points, Switches, Firewalls and CCTV. Provide daily IT support for branch users and Checking internet speed tests daily and report to Head Office. Maintain, repair and replace (as needed) Computer Hardware, Software and other IT related peripherals. Provide regular weekly/monthly report on all activities done during the past week/month.
