Assign responsibilities according to the daily production plan, control line operation. Manage production output, line efficiency, downtime and ensure timely production. Prepare and prepare raw materials, parts, and components according to SOP. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly production reports. Prepare manpower allocation, overtime planning. Identify defect and reject root causes and take corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). Handle and use tools, materials, and machines properly. Follow production area cleanliness and safety regulations.
ထုတ်လုပ်မှု လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအား Supervisor မှ ညွှန်ကြားသည့်အတိုင်း လုပ်ဆောင်နိုင်ရမည်။ Raw Materials, Parts, Components များကို SOP အတိုင်း ပြင်ဆင်ပြီး ထုတ်လုပ်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ Machines & Equipment များကို သတ်မှတ်ထားသည့် လုပ်ထုံးလုပ်နည်းများအတိုင်း အသုံးပြုနိုင်ခြင်း။ ထုတ်လုပ်ပြီးသည့် Product များအား Quality Standard အတိုင်း စစ်ဆေးခြင်း။ Team Leader, Supervisor များထံမှ ရရှိသော တာဝန်များကို သတ်မှတ်ကာလအတွင်း ပြီးမြောက်အောင် ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။ ရရှိထားသော Tools, Materials, and Machines များအား စနစ်တကျ ကိုင်တွယ်အသုံးပြုခြင်း။ Production Area သန့်ရှင်းရေးနှင့် လုံခြုံရေးစည်းကမ်းများကို ကောင်းမွန်စွာ လိုက်နာဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း။
