Job Title and Reporting Line Supervisor: Production Supervisor / Production Manager Job Summary (JD) The Assistant Supervisor – Production assists the Production Supervisor/Production Manager in monitoring and managing the daily factory production processes to ensure that production capacity, quality, safety, and time targets are met. Key Responsibilities (JD – Main Responsibilities) Monitoring production processes, monitoring the operating status of machinery and the production capacity of workers. Managing the production processes of the entire shift, allocating necessary labor and work assignments. Participating in quality control activities, monitoring problems, and reporting errors to the relevant authorities in a timely manner. Monitoring compliance with quality standards such as ISO/IATF by employees under their supervision. Monitoring compliance with safety and health regulations (Safety, 5S, housekeeping), monitoring hazardous conditions and reporting them in a timely manner. Collecting and reporting shift reports, production performance figures (Production output, downtime, defect rate, etc.). Providing basic training (On‑job training) for workers, providing management support, and resolving basic work-related problems. Effectively managing factory processes and participating in production improvement and waste reduction of time/resources.
-Must be able to achieve sales targets. -Submit daily sales reports. -Search for new outlets and report competitor activities and market conditions. -Collect customer complaints, record them properly, and report back. Must be able to resolve issues until customers are satisfied. -During sales visits, monitor and report competitors’ activities and pricing in the market.
Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for the Sales Team. Receive customer orders and record them systematically. Prepare and issue sales documents such as invoices, quotations, and delivery orders. Update and maintain the customer database. Follow up on customer inquiries and order status. Assist with office administration tasks as required.
Collect and scan documents for financial reports and others. Entry daily transactions and journal to the financial reports in excel. Entry daily transactions in Peachtree software. Prepare payment, receipt vouchers and others office document. Prepare office letters and other government office letters. Prepare and collect to all documents for shareholder matter, share contribution and tax matter. Submit and follow up to all documents to Tax office. Recording fixed assets acquisitions and disposals on the date of transaction. Updating Payment and receipt voucher entries in the software on a daily basis. Verifying advance and claim vouchers and facilitating the approvals process.
Overseeing and managing all aspects of the trading business, including procurement, sales, operations, financial performance, and market expansion. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and profitability. Identify new business opportunities, product lines, and potential markets for expansion. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt trading strategies. Drive innovation and implement new trading models or digital platforms for business efficiency. Develop strong relationships with key suppliers, manufacturers, and customers. Optimize inventory levels to balance cost efficiency and customer demand. Lead and support the sales team in achieving revenue targets and developing key client accounts. Ensure smooth import, export, and domestic trade operations, adhering to all regulatory requirements. Optimize logistics, warehousing, and distribution to minimize costs and maximize efficiency. Implement risk management strategies for trading activities, including currency fluctuations and supply chain disruptions. Develop and manage the company’s budget, financial forecasting, and cost controls. Monitor and improve profit margins, cash flow, and overall financial performance. Ensure compliance with tax regulations, trade laws, and financial reporting requirements. Build and lead a high-performing team across sales, operations, and procurement. Develop training programs to enhance employee skills and industry knowledge.
