Your Mission We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our office, ensuring that all administrative functions run smoothly. The ideal candidate is a multitasker who can handle everything from managing office supplies and scheduling meetings to welcoming guests with a professional demeanor. Once You’re Here, You Will Be: Front Desk Operations: Greet visitors, answer and redirect phone calls, and manage incoming/outgoing mail and deliveries. Office Maintenance: Monitor and restock office supplies, arrange the office’s utility and power expenses, and ensure the workspace remains tidy and organized. Office Arrangement: Manage training schedules and tea breaks, coordinate meetings, and prepare meeting rooms. Documentation: Handle high-volume printing, scanning, and photocopying of confidential documents, ensuring all materials are formatted correctly and professional in appearance. Assist with data entry, filing, and the preparation of reports or internal memos. External Submissions: Manage "out-of-office" administrative tasks, including traveling to government offices, banks, or partner locations to manually submit or collect official documents. Event Coordination: Assist in organizing internal company events and team lunches. Additional Duties: Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the direct supervisor.
