Job Responsibilities Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and marketing activities. Meet potential clients to understand their insurance needs and recommend suitable insurance products and services. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients while providing excellent customer service. Respond to client inquiries, concerns, and claims in a timely and professional manner. Maintain regular communication with clients to review their coverage and recommend updates when necessary. Achieve or exceed assigned sales targets. Prospect new clients and upsell or cross-sell products to existing clients to increase policy premiums. Maintain strong knowledge of insurance products and services offered by the company. Provide professional advice and consultation to clients based on their needs and financial capacity. Collect necessary client information and complete documentation accurately and efficiently. Ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, insurance regulations, and company policies. Stay updated on industry trends, product updates, and sales techniques. Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance product knowledge and sales skills. Prepare regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics. Attend industry events, seminars, and networking activities to build professional relationships. Maintain professionalism in all interactions and represent the company positively.
