• Proactively generate new product ideas and develop detailed business requirements that align with internal business strategies and market opportunities. • Work closely with cross-functional teams—including product design, product approval, implementation, marketing, and customer support—to bring products from concept to market. • Execute the product roadmap effectively, ensuring milestones are met, and adapt strategies based on market changes and internal feedback. • Monitor product performance using dashboards and key metrics, and analyze data to make informed decisions for continuous product improvement. • Manage the product backlog by prioritizing tasks, ensuring timely product updates, and supporting ongoing product maintenance activities. • Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with product launches, ensuring that all products comply with regulatory and internal standards. • Regularly report to the Head of Product Development, ensuring that the entire product portfolio is well-managed, up-to-date, and aligned with strategic objectives. • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to maintain product relevance and recommend timely product enhancements or new developments.
Compensation & Benefit Support the daily operations of the compensation and benefits program across the organization. Prepare and validate payroll data to ensure timely and accurate salary processing. Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and tax deductions. Assist in the preparation and submission of monthly SSB and PIT reports for both local and expatriate employees. Support year-end PIT tax returns and ensure timely government filings in compliance with statutory deadlines. Ensure all C&B policies and practices comply with current labor laws and internal guidelines. Maintain audit-ready documentation and support internal and external audits when required. Administer employee benefits programs, including health & Life insurance, leave entitlements, and other welfare initiatives. Coordinate with service providers/vendors and ensure employee queries are addressed promptly. HR Data & Operations Maintain accurate employee records, both digital and physical, including payroll, benefits, and related documentation. Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive employee information. Support on HR operations like travel process, letter preparation and cash advance & claim process. Prepare regular reports related to C&B and others (e.g., headcount, turnover, payroll costs) Other assigned tasks.
Support sales departments and customers in day-to-day requests/queries/issues/clarification for our digital platforms and web-based applications. Log defects/queries (Technical & Non-Technical) and report back to the product management team. Support the maintenance of products with changes in products driven by customers, users, or internal quality testing. Reproduce and document issues, raise bugs with the IT team. Contribute to customer projects and internal R&D where possible. Take part in incident investigation/resolution, reporting, and testing. User administration and configuration of backend (AS400) LAS system as L1 support and cooperate with L2/L3 Support to solve internal and external customer requests/issues if required.
