Coordinate and manage the execution of assigned marketing activities and campaigns for all current and future brands under R&P International Co., Ltd., ensuring alignment with approved marketing plans, brand guidelines, and business objectives. Prepare and coordinate monthly campaign and content calendars aligned with brand, sales, and marketing objectives; collaborate with the marketing team to develop content themes, captions, and creative directions, ensuring content is finalized and scheduled at least one week in advance. Execute integrated 360° campaigns across social media, digital advertising, PR, events, trade marketing, showroom activations, and offline channels. Coordinate campaign briefs, timelines, deliverables, approval workflows, and post-campaign reviews from planning through completion Develop campaign concepts, key messages, slogans, content angles, and storytelling ideas with the creative team. Review captions, visuals, videos, and promotional materials for accuracy, brand consistency, and compliance before supervisor approval. Coordinate product launches, seasonal promotions, brand milestones, and always-on marketing activities. Support photoshoots and video productions, including briefs, shot lists, props, models, locations, schedules, and on-site coordination. Conduct market research, competitor monitoring, social listening, and analysis of consumer behavior and category trends. Identify audience segments, growth opportunities, campaign gaps, and practical optimization ideas. Identify and shortlist suitable influencers, KOLs, creators, and media partners; prepare collaboration briefs, coordinate partnership activities, and maintain professional relationships to support approved marketing campaigns. Execute and track influencer collaborations, PR gifting, media partnerships, events, and brand activations. Coordinate with Sales, Customer Service, Showroom, E-commerce, and Creative teams to ensure consistent execution and customer messaging. Monitor campaign performance, budget use, leads, sales impact, and other agreed KPIs, and recommend improvements. Mentor junior team members, follow up assigned tasks, and promptly escalate risks or delays to the Marketing Supervisor. Support the preparation and maintenance of campaign reports, ISO documentation, and other departmental records as delegated by the Marketing Manager, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
