Super and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, quality control, storage, picking etc. Ensure goods are handled, stored, and issued according to company procedures, quality standards and safety regulations. Manage and lead the warehouse team to ensure the smooth workflow and productivity. Allocate daily tasks and monitor staff performance and productivity. Maintain accurate inventory records and stock movement documentation. Organize and maintain systematic stock placement for efficient inbound and outbound processes. Conduct regular stock counts (daily, weekly, monthly) and reconcile discrepancies. Maintain warehouse cleanliness, safety, and operational standards. Prepare reports related to inventory and warehouse activities as required. Support internal and external audits by providing required warehouse records.
• Manage office supplies and coordinate purchases. • Coordinate with vendors, cleaners, electricians, and other service providers. • Handle office maintenance and facility management. • Manage company assets, inventory, and ID cards. • Support meeting arrangements and internal coordination. • Handle general administrative documentation and filing. • Support in processing company licenses, renewals, and legal documents. • Assist in arranging interview appointments, including contacting candidates and coordinating interview schedules. • Coordinate onboarding and orientation for new employees. • Support training coordination and maintain training records. • Assist in HR compliance matters (SSB, Employee Handbook) etc. • Perform other admin-related duties as assigned by management.
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, and social platforms. First-contact issue resolution with a focus on brand integrity and customer trust. Handle escalated complaints with empathy, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction. Maintain detailed case records for tracking and continuous improvement using System. Stay updated on beauty device trends, customer expectations and strong in beauty knowledge. Responsible for managing product returns, exchanges, and follow up service processes. Recommend corrective actions and preventive measures to reduce recurring complaints. Accountable for enhancing customer reviews and driving positive feedback to meet monthly goals. Log accurate records of complaint and customer interaction in Odoo for tracking. Tracks and reports satisfaction performance, complaint records in every weekly meeting.
Provide day-to-day internal functional support for Odoo ERP, mainly in Accounting, CRM, Sale, Purchase and related modules. Assist internal users by responding to questions, troubleshooting functional issues, and resolving system usage problems. Support daily accounting operations in Odoo such as invoicing, payments, journals, reconciliation, and basic financial reports, ensuring internal processes are followed correctly. Perform basic Odoo system configuration, including journals, taxes, chart of accounts, fiscal positions, and user access rights under guidance. Help internal users understand Odoo workflows and correct system usage. Provide basic user guidance and simple documentation when required. Carry out functional testing after system updates or small changes and verify data accuracy. Maintain internal support documentation, user guides, and records of common issues and solutions. Work with the technical team to report functional issues, test fixes, and support minor system enhancements. Assist with system upgrades and ensure smooth daily operation of Odoo for internal users.
Support company development projects, including ISO system implementation and other compliance certification processes. Conduct data analysis to interpret market trends, sales data, and business performance to identify opportunities and support business growth strategies. Assist in setting up new regional offices and distribution points Support the company’s procurement processes as directed by the BD Manager. Assist in licensing processes by coordinating with relevant authorities and agents to ensure full compliance. Research market data and trends in the Myanmar market to support new product acquisition. Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to align business development priorities Assist in the preparation of business proposals and project plans for management review. Assist in identifying potential partners, suppliers, and distributors and report the findings to the BD Manager. Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders. Support digital transformation activities, including coordinating with software vendors and assisting in system implementation tasks. Coordinate meetings, follow-up actions, and communication between the BD Manager and internal teams. Track project timelines and deliverables to ensure smooth execution of business development initiatives. Maintain organized documentation related to procurement, licensing, supplier communications, and research findings. Support in updating company and product information for online and offline platforms. Assist in preparing budgets, cost comparisons, and basic financial analyses for new projects or procurement. Provide operational support for BD activities, including scheduling, documentation, and follow-up tasks. Participate in industry events, exhibitions, and meetings when required to support business networking activities.
