-Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination -Maintain employee records, personal files with soft/hard copy -Implement and follow HR policies, procedures, and company rules -Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs -Recheck attendance, leave, and overtime calculation for payroll processing -Assist in employee relations and disciplinary matters -Support the planning and coordination of training and development programs -Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations -Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for management -Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management
● Daily cash handling ( issued and received ) ● Manual cash book entry. ● Debt collection from Customers(AR Collection). ● Detail checking the Vault cash save box and cash denomination. ● Prepare the form 31 ( Kathakha 31 ) and submission to Customers. ● Insert the data to Drive ● Detail checking the bank closing balances and K-Pay balances. ● Writing the office receipt and submission to customers. ● Cash and Bank book transaction posted to Software.
