Supervise and monitor agricultural activities in the vineyard Oversee daily tasks and responsibilities of temporary laborers Inspect the growth, health, and pest/disease conditions of grapevines Perform routine vineyard activities such as irrigation, fertilization, and pruning in an organized manner Collect and record field data, and submit reports to the Department Supervisor Carry out other tasks assigned by the Department Supervisor
Manage end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews) Handle employee onboarding and orientation Maintain employee records and HR documentation Support payroll, attendance, and leave management Assist with employee relations and HR policies Coordinate training and staff development programs
-Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, CV screening, and interview coordination -Maintain employee records, personal files with soft/hard copy -Implement and follow HR policies, procedures, and company rules -Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs -Recheck attendance, leave, and overtime calculation for payroll processing -Assist in employee relations and disciplinary matters -Support the planning and coordination of training and development programs -Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations -Prepare monthly and ad-hoc HR reports for management -Perform other HR-related duties as assigned by management
