Supervise daily HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, attendance, leave, and employee records. Coordinate recruitment activities: manpower requests, job postings, interview scheduling, and hiring documentation. Maintain accurate employee data, personal files, contracts, and HR databases. Monitor attendance, overtime, and shift records; coordinate with payroll team. Support performance management processes (probation reviews, KPI). Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary processes in line with company policy. Evaluate and monitor departmental budgets, collaborating with finance and department heads to align HR initiatives with organizational goals and fiscal responsibilities. Must be able to consistently provide overall management and supervision of all employees and daily operations. Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, and internal HR policies. Support training and development activities, including orientation and basic skills training. Prepare HR reports (headcount, turnover, absenteeism, recruitment status).
