Responsible for the overall implementation and successful completion of construction projects within the scheduled time, budget, quality standards, and safety requirements. Lead and manage a team of professional and technical staff in planning and executing daily operations, supervising every phase of the project from start to finish as the top leader of the construction business. Collaborate with engineers and technicians, review and approve designs, negotiate contracts, and ensure plans are executed safely and efficiently. Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, consultants, relevant authorities, internal teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project completion and compliance with regulations and standards. Prepare, review, and submit detailed project schedules, method statements, technical proposals, and risk assessment plans. Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work of assigned staff; delegate tasks, manage work activities, and coordinate schedules, projects, and programs. Conduct quality control checks on all systems and products to ensure they meet required standards. Conduct regular internal, subcontractor, and site safety meetings to uphold safety protocols. Monitor project progress, update reports, and communicate project status to senior management. Conduct site and factory visits as necessary to ensure compliance with project requirements. Clearly communicate the company’s goals to engineers and other professionals, ensuring alignment and commitment. Provide constructive feedback, review and evaluate staff performance, make recommendations, and allocate resources as needed to support each project. Review project documentation, including progress payments, change orders, work plans, and progress reports; provide input and recommendations on project-related issues. Acknowledge and reward outstanding work to motivate team members. Assist senior management in identifying potential projects and support the tendering process. Perform any additional tasks assigned by management as needed.
