Ensure all construction activities comply with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor project quality and implement quality assurance procedures.

5. Safety & Environmental Management
Enforce workplace health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
Promote a strong safety culture among project personnel and subcontractors.
6. Cost & Resource Management
Monitor project costs and resource utilization to maintain budget targets.
Review material requirements, manpower allocation, and equipment usage.
Support management in cost control and project performance improvement initiatives.
7. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit progress reports, project updates, and technical documentation.
Report project achievements, challenges, risks, and mitigation plans to the Deputy Chief Engineer and Management.
Maintain accurate project records and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
