Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from job requisition to onboarding Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs, job requirements, and workforce planning Prepare, post, and manage job advertisements across job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels Proactively source candidates through various methods including databases, networking, headhunting, and employee referrals Screen resumes and shortlist qualified candidates based on job requirements Conduct initial interviews (phone, virtual, or in-person) to evaluate candidates’ suitability Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers Administer assessments and evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit Conduct reference checks and background verification as required Prepare job offers and support salary and benefit negotiations with selected candidates Maintain and regularly update candidate databases and recruitment trackers Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process Support onboarding activities, including documentation and new hire coordination Provide regular recruitment reports and updates to management
Develop and maintain job profiles and comprehensive job descriptions. Create attractive job advertisements across various platforms and formats. Ensure candidates source through multiple recruitment channels including social media referrals and others recruitment methods. Screen resumes and shortlist qualified applicants base on job requirement. Conduct initial (primary) interviews and assess candidate potential. Coordinate and arrange structured interview processes with relevant departments. Manage the job offer and appointment process. Ensure timely fulfillment of manpower requisitions for all department needs. Organize and conduct orientation sessions for new employees to ensure successful onboarding process. Develop and implement employee training and development plans with training schedule. Supervise the payroll preparation and calculation processes. Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance in payroll operations. Oversee day-to-day HR operations and ensure all HR tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner. Support employee relations, performance management, and other core HR functions as required.
