Royal Taunggyi Hotel is seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Manager (Female) to lead our sales initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, identifying new business opportunities, expanding market presence across corporate and agency channels, and managing key client relationships. Key Responsibilities (Job Description) Sales Strategy & Target Achievement: Drive overall hotel sales to consistently achieve and exceed assigned revenue targets. Business Development: Actively seek out new corporate clients, travel agencies, and potential business partners to expand the customer base. Promotions & Packages: Develop and implement attractive room promotions, seasonal packages, and special offers to maximize room occupancy. Event & Banquet Sales: Proactively secure bookings for events, including weddings, corporate meetings, conferences, and private parties. Client Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen positive, long-term relationships with existing clients and key accounts. Market Research & Analysis: Monitor competitor activities, room rates, promotional strategies, and industry trends to keep the hotel competitive. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate room rates, corporate discounts, and contractual agreements with clients and travel partners. Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare and submit regular sales reports, target achievements, and revenue updates to senior management.

Manage overall operations of the Kitchen Department. Lead and supervise Chefs and Kitchen Staff. Develop, design, and update food menus regularly. Maintain consistent standards for Food Quality and Taste. Control and manage Food Cost and the overall Kitchen Budget. Oversee food preparation and cooking processes. Ensure strict compliance with Food Hygiene and Safety Standards. Manage kitchen inventory and order necessary food supplies. Create duty rosters and assign daily tasks to kitchen staff. Conduct staff training and evaluate team performance. Collaborate effectively with the F&B Department. Prepare and present Kitchen Operation and Food Cost reports to Management.
