Design and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns across social media, email newsletters, and local advertising channels to promote residential or commercial listings. Organize promotional events, open houses, and property viewings to attract prospective buyers or tenants. Qualify incoming leads and build long-lasting relationships with prospective buyers, sellers, and investors. Responsible for achieving aggressive weekly targets. Manages daily growth and development of assigned campaigns. Plans and oversees advertising and promotion activities. Drafts, reviews and implements subject matter related policies, regulations, procedures and systems of operations. Influences, communicates, motivates and inspires team members to achieve departmental objectives. Handle the relationship with clients and agents locally and globally. Participates in the recruitment process for the Sales & Marketing department, determining staffing levels for the department. Provides recommendations on training and development, planning of subordinates. Present offers, negotiate contract terms, and guide clients seamlessly through the closing and settlement processes. Develops and manages sales/marketing operating budgets. Collaborate with mortgage lenders, attorneys, and other industry professionals to expedite transactions.
Handle full spectrum of financial and cost accounting role eg. AR, AP, GL, forecasting, budgeting, etc. Responsible for day to day finance and accounts operations. Perform a full set of accounts and ensure timely closing of accounts. Perform project cost forecasts/budgets, cost tracking, monitoring, and controls. Responsible for timely monthly consolidated financial statements, payments, cash-flow management reporting for submission from all projects & to the office. Review & approve payment vouchers & journal entries Perform cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and working closely with the operations and project teams in analyzing margins, variances, and cost analysis. Issue project cost reports for review and approval. Develop and maintain internal control and effective accounting system and policies for the setup. Support CEO in ensuring that company cost allocations are in line with management agreements and transfer pricing policy Establish and maintain systems for cost-sensitivity analysis and early-warning of cost-overruns. Work with the respective departments on cost reduction initiatives.
