Monitor material consumption, production yield, scrap, wastage, and rework to identify cost inefficiencies. Review inventory valuation for raw materials, work-in-process (WIP), semi-finished goods, and finished goods. Supervise production supervisors, machine operators, and factory workers. Work closely with the sales, procurement, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required materials, smooth production and order fulfillment. Provide regular production reports and updates to senior management. Identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, efficiency and production cost. Understand the department's current business processes, procedures, forms, reports, and workflows. Explain actual business practices and operational requirements to the SAP Project/Core Team. Collect business requirements from the department. Review SAP process flows and proposed solutions. Participate in SAP process design workshops. Test actual factory scenarios using realistic master data and transactions. Identify system/process issues and document them. Retest corrections and confirm whether issues have been resolved. Participate in developing SAP work instructions and training materials. Conduct or support training for End Users. Explain the new SAP process and responsibilities to employees. Help employees understand changes from the current manual/Excel process to SAP. Identify resistance or difficulties in adopting the new process.
