- Support in daily HR operations and administration. - Support in employee welfare and engagement programs as well as company events. - Support the HR team in HR projects - Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Perform day-to-day Human Resource operations Manage new employee orientation program and briefing Maintaining the employees’ data and update employees’ record in HR system Ensuring that the employees are complying with the policies of the company Managing HR activities like meetings, interviews, and other schedules Training administration Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns, resolve employee relations issues. Preparation of the regular monthly reports such as the headcount reports, attrition reports. Perform all government related reports and claims such as maternity, medical leave In charge of insurance matters related to welfare of employees Organize and execute employee engagement and welfare activities. Take on additional projects/assignments as and when required.
