Maintenance Senior Technician (Electrical)-Myingyan Plan and schedule corrective and preventive maintenance works. Include liaising with operations, prioritizing jobs, mobilize work force, spares and allocating resources. Senior technicians are implementing preventive and corrective maintenance including SAP system tracking and recording. Trouble shoot critical or major plant issues, participate in Root Cause Analysis (RCA) studies, plant improvement initiative, and drive cost management. Implement management initiatives to optimize the assets and seek to continuously improve on the methods, procedures and update with the latest developments in the market by adopting a suitable approach like proactive initiatives viz predictive and preventive maintenance activities and default actions like failure finding, redesigning and running to failure. Upkeep risk registers, take part in safety walkdowns, implement safety initiatives, and ensure that good safety practices are practiced by all stakeholders in the maintenance work. Develop and establish maintenance procedures, risk assessment and method statements for all maintenance activities to ensure safe execution. Ensure that maintenance works, and plant equipment comply with Statutory Requirements. Assist in maintenance related projects to improve workflow and maintenance processes Successful candidate can be appointed as part of the Company Emergency Response Team (CERT) (training will be provided) Receiving spare part inspection at warehouse. Key Responsibilities: Identify and evaluate all Health, Safety, Security and Environmental (HSSE) risks in the workplace and propose suitable control measures to reduce risk to as low as reasonably practicable (ALARP). Establish and implement HSSE Management System in consultation with Operations and Maintenance. Follow-up on medical treatment for any casualty. Liaise with appointed medical facility on first-aid and medical treatments. Facilitate the inspection and maintenance of Heavy Equipment and Machinery/Power tools during pre-deployment and during periodic inspection. Implement proactive measures to curb accident/incident, unsafe acts/conditions through promotions, campaigns, pre-task talks, toolbox meeting and training. Maintain site HSSE records (audit, inspection, meetings, incidents, tool box talks, pre-job start talk etc.). Institute Consequence Management Program to curb HSSE lapses.

Responsibilities Part of Commercial team responsible for all commercial and risk activities including preparing presentations, reports and analysis for senior management, maintaining and updating risk register of Company.
