Customer Support Staff for Vacation Rental Operations 🇯🇵🏝️

We are a hospitality management company based in Okinawa, Japan.
We manage private villas and vacation rental houses for international guests.

Now we are looking for remote customer support staff from Myanmar.

This is a stable long-term remote position.

About Our Company

Our company operates vacation rental properties (private villas and houses) in Okinawa, Japan.

We support property owners by managing:

guest communication
reservation management
check-in guidance
operation support
hospitality services

Many of our guests come from:

🇹🇼 Taiwan
🇰🇷 Korea
🇯🇵 Japan
🌏 other international countries

You will work as part of our international hospitality team.

Job Description

Main responsibilities:

Guest message support (Airbnb / Booking.com etc.)

Example:

answering check-in questions
providing directions
explaining house rules
supporting during stay
handling simple trouble situations

Phone support (simple communication)

Reservation support tasks

Internal operation support

This is hospitality communication work, not sales.
