The Client Partner & Project Manager is responsible for owning client relationships and ensuring seamless internal execution across all departments. This role acts as the central bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards. The role works closely with Creative, Digital, Performance & Insight, POS & Event, and Media Activation teams to translate business objectives into clear execution plans and measurable outcomes.________________________________________ Key Responsibilities Client Ownership & Communication • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients • Own client communication, expectations, and delivery commitments • Build long-term client relationships based on trust and delivery excellence • Manage client feedback, revisions, and change requests professionally Project & Delivery Management • Translate client requirements into clear internal briefs • Develop and manage project timelines, Gantt charts, milestones, and dependencies • Coordinate across Creative, Digital, Media, POS & Event teams • Track progress and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery • Identify risks early and escalate when necessary Internal Coordination & Alignment • Lead internal kickoff meetings and weekly project status updates • Ensure all teams are aligned on scope, timelines, and responsibilities • Work closely with Performance & Insight to align execution with KPIs • Maintain clear documentation and delivery records Growth & Upsell Support • Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities in existing client accounts • Support proposal development and scope expansion discussions in collaboration with Strategy & Growth • Work with Strategy & Growth team to strengthen account value Delivery Quality & Risk Management • Ensure deliverables meet agreed quality standards before client submission • Proactively identify delivery risks and propose mitigation actions
