1. Team Supervision & Operations • Supervise, guide, and mentor HR team members in their day-to-day activities. • Oversee the maintenance of accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases (HRIS). • Ensure smooth daily HR operations, including onboarding logistics, attendance tracking, and leave management. 2. Talent Acquisition & Onboarding • Lead the recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering). • Collaborate with department managers to understand hiring needs and refine job specifications. • Coordinate and continuously improve the orientation and onboarding experience for new hires to ensure strong retention. 3. Employee Relations & Engagement • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding policies, benefits, and workplace concerns. • Mediate and resolve employee grievances and disciplinary issues impartially and confidentially. • Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and recognition programs. 4. Performance Management & Training • Coordinate the periodic performance appraisal process, ensuring timelines are met and evaluations are documented properly. • Assist managers in developing Performance Appraisal • Identify training needs across departments and help organize internal or external professional development workshops. 5. Compensation, Benefits & Compliance • Oversee or directly support the preparation of monthly payroll inputs (overtime, unpaid leave, bonuses, etc.). • Administer employee benefits programs (medical allowances, leaves, Late ……). • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, employment regulations, and statutory reporting requirements.
• Manage daily sales and marketing operations, including branding activities, sales growth initiatives, and customer satisfaction. • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational goals and revenue targets. • Lead, supervise, and monitor Sales & Marketing team performance, ensuring targets and KPIs are achieved. • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, client segments, and sales channels. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships. • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to improve strategies. • Prepare regular sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management. • Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure alignment and smooth execution. • Recruit, train, and develop new sales representatives as needed. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
