High Tech Precast Co.,Ltd is seeking a telented and motivated Design & Engineering Associate. Prepare precast concrete shop drawings, fabrication drawings and erection drawings. Develop 2D and 3D models using CAD/BIM software. Assist with structural design calculations and detailing of precast elements. Coordinate with engineering, production, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution. Review and update drawings based on project requirements and design changes. Provide technical support to manufacturing and site teams.
Manage and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, routers, switches, and firewalls. ( TCP/IP ,DNS ,DHCP ,VLAN ,Routing & Switching , VPN Technologies ,Network Security)( Cisco , Fortinet , Mikrotik, Ubiquiti ) Monitor network performance, security, and availability to ensure reliable operations. Troubleshoot and resolve network-related issues while providing technical support to users. Implement and maintain network security controls, policies, and access management. Support IT infrastructure projects, system deployments, and network expansion initiatives. Maintain network documentation, configurations, and asset records. Ensure backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions are properly implemented and tested.
1. Assist the Manager to prepare the budget for recruitment and training. 2. Assist the Manager in delegating the responsibilities to subordinates on a daily operation and follow the procedures properly. 3. Prepare and collect the required data for the monthly report. 4. Monitor to achieve the recruitment and training objectives. 5. Assist the manager to update or create the procedures and instructions. 6. Communicate properly with internal customers and outsource parties related with recruitment and training. 7. Ensure the document and filing systems are in good order.
