Manage and oversee the company’s daily accounting operations. Supervise General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash & Bank, and Fixed Assets. Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports. Perform and review bank, ledger, receivable, and payable reconciliations. Manage month-end and year-end closing processes. Prepare cash flow reports and monitor cash flow and working capital. Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and Myanmar tax regulations. Prepare and review tax-related reports and ensure timely tax submissions. Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, banks, and relevant authorities. Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Analyze financial performance and prepare variance reports for management. Strengthen internal controls and improve accounting processes and procedures. Review invoices, payment requests, journal entries, and other accounting documents. Lead, supervise, and develop the accounting team. Perform other finance and accounting duties assigned by management.
