Develop effective Sales Plans to ensure quarterly target are met Building & maintaining strong relationships with new/existing key customers Plan, manage and monitor payments collections with new/existing customers Maintain awareness of business climate & trends to ensure that product portfolio remains attractive & relevant Manage the project team from assignment of tasks, performance appraisals and recruiting of new staff members Monitor competitors’ activities, strategies and come up with relevant plan to stay ahead of them Prepares reports by Project Pipeline, Quotation, customer data base, collection, analyzing and summarizing information to CEO and BOD.
Supervise day-to-day operations in the showroom Manage and motivate staff to meet sales goals Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service Manage and optimize showroom displays for optimal customer experience and sales Plan and implement strategic initiatives to drive sales Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner Monitor inventory levels and order new items as necessary Coordinate with the marketing team to create effective advertising strategies Report on buying trends, customer needs, and competitor analysis Train new employees and provide ongoing training for all staff
