Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets. Develop and implement monthly sales strategies. Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales reports. Monitor and review daily sales performance. Handle and resolve customer complaints effectively and professionally. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers. Provide training and coaching to junior staff to improve their performance and sales skills. Conduct regular team discussions and meetings to strengthen teamwork and team performance. Develop and explore new sales channels and business opportunities. Manage and guide Supervisors and Sales Representatives to achieve their monthly sales targets through effective sales planning and execution. Manage and monitor Beauty Advisors (BAs) to ensure smooth operations and strong sales performance. Be willing to travel to regional areas as required for business purposes.
