Title : Electrical Engineer – Distillery Factory Job Summary : We are seeking a qualified and proactive Electrical Engineer to manage, maintain, and optimize all electrical systems and infrastructure within our distillery facility. The role involves ensuring smooth operation of electrical equipment, troubleshooting faults, supporting automation processes, and complying with safety and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in industrial power systems and a strong understanding of food or beverage processing environments. Key Responsibilities : Maintenance & Troubleshooting: Maintain, diagnose, and repair electrical systems, motors, control panels, and switchgear. Respond promptly to electrical issues to minimize downtime. Plan and oversee the installation of new electrical equipment and systems. Upgrade existing electrical systems to improve efficiency and meet growing production demands. Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules. Keep detailed maintenance logs and system documentation. Energy Management: Monitor energy usage and identify areas to improve efficiency. Implement energy-saving initiatives and technologies. Generator maintenance Compliance & Safety: Ensure all electrical work meets national and local electrical codes (e.g., NEC, IEC). Adhere to workplace safety procedures, including lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols. Participate in the planning and execution of capital projects. Provide technical input on equipment procurement and factory expansions. Maintain up-to-date electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and manuals. Prepare technical reports and updates for management.

This role bridges engineering knowledge with document control best practices, ensuring accurate and timely handling of project records in accordance with quality and regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities Control the receipt, filing, tracking, distribution, and archiving of engineering documents, including drawings, BOMs, data sheets, P&IDs, design reports, and specifications. Ensure documents follow proper version control, naming conventions, and revision management protocols. Maintain a master document register (MDR) and ensure consistency between physical and electronic records.
