Prepare presentations, reports, and documents within deadlines. Manage executive calendar, contacts, and travel arrangements. Handle expense reports and coordinate travel logistics. Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes. Perform administrative duties including correspondence, filing, and visitor coordination. Manage calls, screen communications, and respond on behalf of leadership. Compile monthly reports and executive summaries. Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders. Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information. Support leadership requests and ensure timely follow-up in their absence. Process SAP tasks, including purchase orders. Coordinate team meetings and company events (virtual and in-person)

Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of software applications. Design responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Implement server-side logic and databases using technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP or Java. Integrate third-party APIs and web services for enhanced functionality. Collaborate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards adherence. Preparation of Documentation like Basic/Detail design and Unit testing and bug identification. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks for optimal software performance. Maintain detailed code and system documentation. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Train interns or new employees if necessary.
