Prepare detailed quantity take-offs, Bills of Quantities (BOQ), Bills of Estimate (BE), and cost estimates for construction and renovation projects. Produce detailed architectural and construction drawings using AutoCAD and other drafting software. Prepare project schedules, work progress reports, and other project documentation. Perform quantity surveying and cost estimation throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections, coordinate with site engineers and supervisors, and resolve site-related issues. Measure maintenance and renovation works on-site, prepare material lists, estimate project costs, and submit reports. Prepare detailed drawings for renovation and maintenance works when required. Ensure project documentation, reports, and records are accurate and completed on time. Coordinate with project teams to ensure project quality, cost control, and timely completion. Perform other duties assigned by the management.
Prepare architectural designs, layouts, and detailed construction drawings for building and interior projects. Develop design concepts that meet client requirements, project specifications, and applicable building standards. Produce architectural plans, elevations, sections, and detailed drawings using industry-standard design software. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct site inspections to monitor project progress and ensure construction complies with approved designs. Prepare and submit accurate project reports, documentation, and design revisions. Provide technical support and recommendations during construction and project implementation. Ensure projects are completed according to schedule, quality standards, and company requirements. Perform other duties assigned by the management.
