The successful candidate will play a key leadership role in ensuring academic excellence, examination readiness, and university pathway success for students. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic leadership for the Senior Division (A-Level, O Level – Edexcel, OSSD & GED). Ensure oversees curriculum implementation aligns with Edexcel examination board standards and ensures teaching quality through observations and data analysis Supervise and evaluate teaching staff to maintain high instructional quality. Monitor academic performance, student progress, and examination outcomes. Oversee external examination registrations, compliance, and documentation. Foster a disciplined, inclusive, and student-centered learning environment. Support students in university preparation and academic pathway planning. Collaborate with the Principal on school improvement and quality assurance initiatives.
