The Senior Accountant is responsible for overseeing daily accounting operations, ensuring accuracy in financial reporting, and supporting management through detailed analysis. This role includes supervising junior accounting staff, maintaining internal controls, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies. ⸻⸻⸻ Key Responsibilities: • Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. • Monitor and analyze accounting data to ensure accuracy and timely reporting. • Manage general ledger entries, account reconciliations, and journal postings. • Oversee Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and payroll processes. • Ensure compliance with local accounting regulations, tax filings, and audit requirements. • Conduct financial analysis to support budgeting and forecasting activities. • Assist with internal and external audits by preparing required documentation. • Implement and maintain effective internal controls to safeguard company assets. • Guide and support junior accountants, providing training when necessary. • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth financial operations.
Duties & Responsibilities Design and produce digital assets such as social media posts, banners, infographics, brochures, and website graphics. Support the marketing team in preparing promotional materials and visual content for campaigns. Assist the Marketing Manager in developing and executing creative campaigns and brand activities. Think creatively to develop concepts, graphics, and visuals that communicate engaging stories. Edit promotional and event highlight videos for social media and digital platforms. Ensure all design projects are completed on time and align with brand guidelines. Brainstorm and present design ideas clearly to the marketing team. Support other marketing functions and events as needed.
