Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor law and regulations Manpower planning and job design and Create job descriptions and announcements Manage the end-to-end hiring process (screening, interviews, offers) Coordinate onboarding and induction programs Promote a positive and productive work environment Handle grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary actions Organize staff engagement activities and feedback surveys · Monitor performance improvement and skill development Assit the Payroll process. (Attendance, leave, OT.etc) Maintain accurate employee records (contracts, files, etc.) Ensure confidentiality and data protection Digitize HR workflows and ensure system efficiency Train staff on usage of HR tools and systems
