Design all promotional banners, social media post artworks, service posters, and course brochures independently. Create and edit short-form promotional videos and reels (e.g., using CapCut/Premiere) for TikTok, Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts. Manage daily posting schedules across official social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) for both TOP HR Solutions and MCBA. Execute content calendars, promotional activities, and campaign timelines strictly according to the approved Monthly Marketing Plan.
