Onboarding & Training: Conduct onboarding programs for new hires, including company rules, policy orientations, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Employee Records Management: Maintain confidential and structured personal files, employment contracts, guarantee letters, and legal identity documents (NRC and Household List copies). Attendance & Leave Management: Track daily employee attendance, punctuality, and various leave requests (Medical, Casual, Annual) using internal systems or manual records. Training & Development: Organize and implement staff training and development programs to enhance employee skills and operational efficiency. Payroll Processing: Accurately calculate and process monthly payroll, bonuses, and overtime (OT) pay without errors. Performance Appraisal: Assist in tracking and evaluating employee Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain performance records. 2. Administration & Facility Management Office Maintenance: Supervise weekly office cleaning schedules (1-2 days per week); manage electricity, drinking water, utilities, and general facility repairs. Stationery & Asset Control: Procure office supplies to ensure continuous availability; maintain detailed monthly inventories of stationary and company assets (laptops, furniture, equipment) using categorized Excel master lists with asset tags/numbers. Legal & Licensing Compliance: Oversee travel agency business licenses, corporate insurance policies, and handle official government office communications and filings. Meeting Coordination: Organize internal meetings, prepare logistics, and record formal Minutes of Meetings (MOM). Event Coordination: Plan and execute company meetings, staff welfare events, social gatherings, and team trips. Client Hospitality: Arrange coffee, refreshments, water, and soft drinks to welcome and entertain visiting travel clients professionally.
