Human Resources (HR) Officer – UDOM SMITH MYANMAR CO., LTD Key Responsibilities Manage the full recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and orientation. Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and HR documentation in compliance with company policies. Prepare employment contracts, confirmation letters, and other HR-related documents. Support payroll preparation by maintaining accurate attendance and leave records. Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates. Coordinate employee training, performance evaluations, and career development programs. Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement and internal communication. Handle employee relations, resolve workplace issues, and maintain confidentiality. Ensure compliance with Myanmar labor laws and company regulations. Organize company events, meetings, and team-building activities. Work closely with department managers to support manpower planning and organizational growth. Prepare HR reports and provide recommendations to improve employee performance and retention. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HR experience is preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Knowledge of Myanmar labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
