Achieve after-sales service while following company standards and professional ethics - Perform services, maintenance, installation, training, and commissioning jobs for the Customer. Provide technical support and training to customers on the proper use and maintenance. Troubleshooting technical issues with ultrasound equipment, including electronic, mechanical, and software-related problems according to manufacturer guidelines - Complete Service / Installation / Customer Complaints as Scheduled by Service Manager. Prepare and provide the Job Order form, checklist and other service-related documents. Keep detailed service records of service activities, including maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment inventory. Keep your records/reports up to date. Report to Service Manager Any ad-hoc tasks as required and assigned by management
