Role Overview The Factory Manager is responsible for the end-to-end oversight of production, maintenance, and quality assurance within the facility. Your primary mission is to ensure that production targets are met on time and within budget, without compromising the rigorous food safety and quality standards that protect our brand. People Leadership & Safety Key Responsibilities Production Oversight: Direct all daily operations including processing, packaging, and maintenance to ensure production schedules are met on time and within budget. Compliance & Food Safety: Ensure strict adherence to global food safety standards. Continuous Improvement: Implement Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies to reduce waste, improve yields, and optimize labor efficiency. Financial Management: Manage the plant’s P&L, oversee annual budgeting, and identify opportunities for cost savings in raw materials and energy consumption. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse workforce. Foster a culture of accountability, safety, and high performance. Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with procurement and logistics to ensure seamless flow of raw materials and timely dispatch of finished goods.
