Conduct recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interviewing, and coordinating hiring decisions. Facilitate new employee onboarding and orientation programs. Maintain up-to-date employee records. Payment processes, and manage office-related contracts (e.g., rentals, transportation….). Coordinate transportation arrangements and handle asset management. Assist in developing and implementing HR policies in line with company standards and legal requirements. Respond to employee inquiries on HR-related matters, including policies and benefits. Coordinate uniform, business cards, and employee ID card, SSB, Stationary & Medicine arrangements. Provide timely support to the HR Manager on HR management tasks.

Create basic graphic designs for social media posts and promotional materials. Assist in the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends and digital marketing tools.
1. Financial Transactions & POS Management Process Payments: Accurately handle cash, credit cards, and mobile payments (Apple Pay, etc.). System Proficiency: Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to input orders and apply discounts, coupons, or loyalty points. Cash Handling: Maintain a balanced cash drawer, ensuring all transactions are recorded and change is returned accurately. 2. Guest Service & Order Management Greeting: Welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor. Menu Knowledge: Answer questions regarding ingredients, allergens, and daily specials to assist with upselling. Order Verification: Double-check orders (especially for takeout/delivery) to ensure accuracy before the guest leaves. 3. Operational Support Station Maintenance: Keep the counter and surrounding area clean, organized, and stocked with essentials . Communication: Coordinate with the kitchen and floor staff to manage wait times and order flow. Issue Resolution: Handle guest complaints or payment discrepancies with a calm, "guest-first" attitude.
Provide administrative & secretarial support to MD including scheduling appointments and business meeting, writing correspondence, email, answering questions & requests Prepare meeting agenda and take meeting minutes Prepare & handle confidential & sensitive documents.
