Job Description Prepare and manage MIS reports with accuracy and completeness, ensuring timely submission to the Head Office. Reconcile bank statements, track cash and DD credits, and generate Daily Activity Reports. Handle month-end provisions and conduct intercompany reconciliations. Oversee internal customer satisfaction initiatives within the department. Verify and process travel expenses and clearances promptly and accurately. Review vendor invoices and payment documents for accuracy and compliance. Ensure timely remittances and RTGS transactions, maintaining complete documentation. Coordinate with SSC and VFS Global teams for seamless payment processing and issue resolution. Manage routine financial operations, including stop payments, DD and cheque cancellations, deposits, receipts, and manual payments. Work with the Travel Desk to ensure proper accounting of surrendered currency in SAP. Maintain precise financial records and processes, ensuring adherence to established timelines.
