Job Description: Key Account Specialist Responsibilities Key Account Support & Development Manage and follow up on key accounts within the assigned region. Support major customers in driving sales growth and increasing brand share. Assist with customer business trips, assignments, and operational needs. Monitor and follow up on inventory levels, store image and layout, promotional activities, staff capability development, policy agreements, and overall customer relationship management. Market Intelligence & Data Analysis Collect and analyze competitor information within key account stores, including sales ratios, cooperation policies, and promotional activities. Conduct multi-brand sales data analysis to identify business gaps and opportunities. Develop improvement action plans for stores that do not meet sales or market share targets and ensure effective implementation. Store Management Supervision Supervise and guide second-level teams on regular store visits and customer condition maintenance. Secure optimal store location and visual presentation to enhance brand image and sales performance. Strengthen regional teams’ exclusive service capabilities for top customers. Maintain strong, proactive communication with key accounts to build long-term, stable partnerships.
Job Descriptions 1. Follow up the basic work of major customers in the responsible area: including assisting regional major customers in increasing sales and proportion, assisting regional major customers in business trips or assignments, assisting in follow-up of customer inventory, image and location, activities, personnel ability improvement, and customer policy signing , customer relations, etc. 2. Collect information such as the sales ratio of other competing products in major customer stores, cooperation policies, and activity plans, analyze the sales data of each brand, and formulate improvement plans for stores whose sales volume and proportion do not meet the standards, and supervise their implementation. 3. Supervise and urge the second level to visit major customer stores and maintain customer conditions, seize the best location and image of the store, improve store image and sales, and establish brand barriers; improve the exclusive service and management capabilities of each region for top customers, and maintain good communication with customers , to establish a long-term stable partnership.
