Job Summary : The Marketing Executive/Sr. Marketing Executive works closely with the Marketing Manager to oversee and implement marketing plans for products under Viya Health Myanmar. This role supports promotional activities, advertising opportunities, brand development, and end-user engagement initiatives to drive business growth and brand visibility. Key Responsibilities: Initiate and propose marketing campaigns; execute, monitor, and evaluate activities using relevant performance metrics, and submit performance reports. Assist in developing and executing cohesive brand strategies aligned with company objectives. Manage on‑ground activations, merchandising, and promotions activities together with internal team and agency-led activities. Support the Marketing Manager in creating advertising and promotional strategies, including media planning, trade marketing strategies, and development of creative briefs. Assist in managing brand projects, including product innovation, new product launches, and integrated brand campaign rollouts. Support the development of Digital Strategy, Content Strategy, and Content Buckets in collaboration with the Digital Media Manager and third-party agencies. Work closely with cross-functional teams (internal and external), including agencies, suppliers, finance, procurement, and supply chain. Collaborate with managers in budget preparation and expense monitoring to ensure effective utilization of marketing funds. Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate industry trends, brand awareness, and competitor activities, and submit monthly reports to the Marketing Manager.
