Job Summary : Medical sales supervisor will drive sales performance by managing trade outlet execution (Retails, Wholesales, Pharmacy) and building strong relationship with Healthcare Professionals (GP, Clinics) through professional medical detailing. This role ensures strong outlet coverage, product availability, repeat purchase cycles and effective trade marketing implementation aligned with Viya’s GTM Framework. Duties and Responsibilities: Trade Outlet Coverage and Sales Execution Lead and execute trade coverage across assigned territory, drive core product sales and ensure consistent reorder cycle, ensure product availability and stock rotation in outlets. GPs, Clinics Coverage and Promotion Visiting General Practitioners (GPs), Clinics, Promote key products to generate recommendations and support trade conversion Trade Marketing & POSM Execution Implement trade marketing activities (visibility, POSM installation, promotions), Ensure correct POSM placement and maintenance in priority outlets, monitor competitor activities and provide trade intelligence. Distributor Coordination Coordinate with distributor teams for order fulfillment and delivery, monitor stock movement to minimize out-of-stock situations.
