Position Summary: The Marketing Assistant Manager /Marketing Manager is responsible for supporting the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies that drive business growth and strengthen brand equity. The role leads assigned brand initiatives, manages integrated marketing campaigns, analyzes market and consumer insights, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of commercial objectives. This role also supports the Senior Marketing Manager in strategic planning, budget management, product portfolio development, and continuous improvement of marketing effectiveness while ensuring all marketing activities are aligned with the company's business goals. Key Responsibilities: Brand & Marketing Strategy Manage assigned brands and product portfolios to achieve sales growth, market share, and profitability targets. Support the development and implementation of annual brand plans and marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market, consumer, category, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and recommend strategic actions. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and changing consumer behaviors to support business growth. Conduct market research and analyze customer insights to support product development and marketing decisions. Marketing Campaign Management Plan, execute, monitor, and evaluate integrated marketing campaigns to ensure objectives, timelines, budgets, and KPIs are achieved. Lead brand initiatives, including new product launches, product improvements, packaging updates, and promotional campaigns. Coordinate marketing activities across digital marketing, trade marketing, consumer activation, merchandising, public relations, and events. Work closely with the Digital Media Manager and external agencies to strengthen brand awareness, customer engagement, and digital presence. Evaluate campaign performance, prepare post-campaign reports, and recommend improvements to maximize marketing effectiveness and return on investment (ROI). Budget & Performance Management Assist in preparing the annual marketing budget and monitor spending to ensure effective use of approved resources. Monitor brand performance, sales trends, market share, and marketing KPIs, and provide regular reports with recommendations for improvement. Support sales forecasting and product portfolio planning by providing market intelligence and commercial insights. Cross-functional Collaboration Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, and external agencies to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure product availability, marketing materials, regulatory compliance, and timely campaign implementation. Build and maintain strong working relationships with external agencies, suppliers, and business partners.

The role works closely with internal departments, suppliers, regulatory authorities, and external stakeholders to ensure efficient procurement operations, regulatory compliance, and the successful execution of business initiatives. The position also provides cross-functional support for new product launches, operational projects, and other strategic initiatives assigned by management. Key Responsibilities: Procurement Management Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from sourcing to purchase order issuance and delivery. Source, evaluate, and select suppliers in accordance with company procurement policies and business requirements. Obtain quotations, compare pricing, negotiate commercial terms, and recommend the most suitable suppliers. Prepare purchase orders, contracts, and procurement documentation in compliance with company procedures. Monitor purchase orders to ensure timely delivery and resolve any supply or delivery issues. Ensure purchased goods and services meet the required quality, specifications, and delivery schedules. Coordinate with suppliers regarding pricing, lead times, product availability, and order status. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential suppliers. Regulatory Affairs Prepare, compile, and submit product registration dossiers and supporting documentation to the relevant regulatory authorities, including FDA. Ensure timely renewal and maintenance of product registrations, trademarks, barcodes and licenses. Liaise with regulatory authorities, government agencies, testing laboratories, and certification bodies to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate and up-to-date regulatory documentation and support internal and external audits or inspections. Review product packaging, labelling, promotional materials, and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements. Monitor changes in local regulations, industry standards, and regulatory requirements, and communicate their impact to relevant stakeholders. Prepare regulatory status reports, identify compliance risks, and recommend appropriate corrective or preventive actions. Coordination & Administration Coordinate with internal departments to support operational requirements and business initiatives. Support new product launches, procurement activities, projects, company events, and other cross-functional initiatives requiring procurement or regulatory coordination. Maintain organized procurement and regulatory records, contracts, licenses, and supporting documentation in accordance with document control requirements. Ensure procurement activities comply with company policies, financial controls, and audit requirements. Prepare reports and other documentation as requested by management. Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency. Perform other procurement, regulatory, and administrative duties as assigned.
