Role Purpose To provide technical expertise and product support for Audio and Video Conference Solutions, ensuring effective integration, demonstration, and customer satisfaction. The Product Engineer bridges product knowledge between vendors, internal teams, and partners. Main Responsibilities Develop strong knowledge of Aver, Yealink, BOSCH, VISSONIC, and SINEW product lines. Design and support AV system integration for Meeting Rooms, Auditoriums, and Training Rooms. Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and technical support. Coordinate with vendors for technical inquiries, firmware updates, and product roadmap information. Support pre-sales and post-sales activities with the Sales and Technical Teams. Prepare system drawings, connection diagrams, and documentation. Maintain weekly reports and assist with RMA troubleshooting when required. Collaborate with the Marketing Team for product promotions and exhibitions.
