Reports directly to the Directors and provides daily administrative and operational support. Assists the Director as a translator during meetings and communications with staff and candidates. Consolidates daily accounts, expenses, and administrative records for management review. Oversees day-to-day operations of the Training Center to ensure smooth coordination and workflow. Assists in supervising Cleaning Training and English Training programs and monitors overall training activities. Coordinates with HR recruiters, trainers, and candidates regarding schedules, documentation, and training arrangements.
Communicates with candidates and overseas person-in-charge regarding job opportunities and recruitment processes. Sources and recruits suitable candidates based on available overseas job offers and employer requirements. Arranges and coordinates interviews between candidates and person-in-charge. Conducts candidate screening, document checking, and profile assessments before submission. Provides training and guidance to candidates on interview preparation, workplace expectations, and overseas employment procedures.
